These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and ent365 ("ent365", "We", "Us", or "Our") governing your use of all ent365 services.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply navigating the ent365 website or application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. Your continued use of the platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use ent365, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ent365 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity — corporate or representative accounts are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by ent365 or any third-party responsible-gaming authority.
• You must only hold one active account on the ent365 platform. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

ent365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false information about your age, identity, or location will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

When registering your ent365 account you agree to:

• Provide complete, accurate, and truthful personal information including your full name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential and never share them with any third party.
• Notify ent365 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

ent365 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. All activities conducted through a verified account are deemed to have been carried out by the registered account holder.

ent365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupee (PKR) through approved payment channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, and other supported banking partners.

• All deposits are processed in PKR. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.
• ent365 does not accept cash payments or deposits from payment methods not registered to the account holder.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are subject to change. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard.
• ent365 reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing large deposits. You may be required to provide documentation confirming legitimate income or savings.
• Deposits made in error cannot be guaranteed to be reversed. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. ent365 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days, depending on the chosen method and verification status of the account.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the required wagering conditions are not eligible for withdrawal.
• ent365 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending a compliance review if unusual account activity or suspected fraud is detected.
• Players may not withdraw funds that were deposited but have not been used for at least one real-money wager, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

ent365 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses are issued in PKR and have a clearly defined expiry period. Expired bonuses are automatically removed from your account.
• ent365 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, or coordinating with other players — will result in voiding of all bonuses and account suspension.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ent365 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Identity Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment details, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including poker, live dealer games, or sports betting.
• Money Laundering: Using ent365 to deposit, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activity.
• Automated Bots: Using software, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated means to interact with ent365's games or platform.
• System Exploitation: Deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, technical errors, or configuration faults for financial gain.
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of ent365's software or infrastructure.

All content on the ent365 platform — including logos, graphics, game assets, software, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of ent365 or its licensed partners.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ent365 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ent365 content without our explicit written permission.

ent365 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Your personal data will never be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. ent365 may share data with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as required by law or contractual obligation.

ent365 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• ent365 makes no warranty regarding uninterrupted, error-free service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary service outages.
• ent365 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• In no event shall ent365's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount deposited in your account in the 30-day period preceding the claim.
• ent365 is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to read or understand these Terms, promotional terms, or game-specific rules.

ent365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Suspected breach of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or dishonest behaviour.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• An unresolvable dispute between the player and ent365.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements demanding account review.

Upon verified account closure initiated by the player, any eligible remaining real-money balance (excluding non-qualifying bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing timelines.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ent365 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
